I used to live on my phone, spending up to 20 hours on my screen in a single day. I knew the numbers were bad, but I couldn't truly 'feel' the weight of that time. I started asking myself: What was I actually doing for all those minutes?

To confront my addiction, I built a system to make my screen time visible. I designed custom icons for my most-used apps and wrote down how I felt every time I opened them. By turning the total 21,336 minutes of my recorded data into my own visual language, I changed a hidden habit into a visual system I could finally see and understand.

The result was clear: the apps taking up the most space weren't just tools; they were my escape routes from reality. I want to show that data visualization is not just about delivering information; it is about bringing life to the data we often ignore. By making us 'feel' the reality behind the numbers, design becomes a powerful tool.
